I’ve had this knife in my collection for nearly a year now and when I first got it I thought I would test it in an extreme scenario so I bought a sour dough loaf. The knife slice through this bread like a laser cutting butter, but this test was too easy so I went to phase 2….
My mum has bad arthritis and finds it difficult to slice the softest of bread so I asked her to have a go with my newest addition to the family. She did struggle a bit to slice the bread but admitted that she would not have been able to complete the task with her standard bread knife…..
This is the best bread knife I have ever used to cut bread rolls and loafs, it makes cutting bread a simple enjoyable task….
