    This is my second I.O.Shen knife, having bought my first one years ago. I also own Global and Sabatier knives but I.O. Shen are my go to knives. Incredibly sharp, they keep their edge for a long time and the best thing is the weight. They just feel really nice in your hand. I also think they are extremely good value.
