I invested in 2 knives to to start my collection and this was one of the knives. I have been cooking for over 30 years and only ever had a substandard set of knives.
This knife is so sharp and the perfect size for vegetable and salad prep. Tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, galangal and soft herbs, it handles all these vegetables with ease. I just don’t know why I never invested in a decent knife before now..
